The Arbitration Watch aims to be a meeting point for practitioners, arbitrators, scholars, academics and, more generally, for anyone who has a keen interest in commercial, shipping and/or investment arbitration.

Rather than being an academic resource, the Arbitration Watch is intended to provide an in depth look at the world of arbitration. Written in a strictly telegraphic fashion, it provides a valuable overview to anyone contemplating an arbitration engagement or process.

The ethos of this project is founded on plurality and diversity. Thus we encourage new contributions and fresh ideas to enhance and expand each issue.

The Arbitration Watch is a non-profit driven project. The issues can be downloaded, circulated and printed free of payment. No fees are either requested from or paid to contributors.
