Awarded with the fellowship of The British Council and "La Caixa". In the past, Albert had been In-house Counsel of an international trading company headquartered in Lausanne. He has lived and worked in England, Scotland, Switzerland and Spain. He is committed and dedicated to contentious work and arbitration. Author of the books "Shipping and Commercial Case Law" (Marge Books, 2nd ed., 2013), "El Seguro de Transporte de Mercancías" (Marge Books, 2012) and "Piercing the Veil of State Enterprises in International Arbitration" (Wolters Kluwer, 2014). He acts regularly in arbitration and is mentioned with praise by Chambers & Partners and by Legal 500.
